| 中文摘要 | 目的:本研究旨在探討飛盤運動課程介入偏鄉體育課程,對於學童健康體適能、自我效能與團隊合作能力之影響。研究方法:研究採準實驗設計,以高雄市兩所偏鄉小學的30名學童為研究對象,隨機分為實驗組與對照組,各組15人。實驗組於課程期間每週接受兩次、共八週之飛盤運動訓練;對照組則未參與任何飛盤運動相關活動,維持原有課程安排。收集之資料採二因子混合設計變異數分析進行資料分析。結果:在健康體適能方面,「漸速耐力跑」構面呈現顯著交互作用,顯示實驗組心肺耐力提升幅度明顯優於對照組;「立定跳遠」與「坐姿體前彎」呈顯著組別主效應。在自我效能方面,「比賽自我效能」構面達顯著交互作用,其餘構面亦呈現實驗組優勢;團隊合作能力雖整體交互作用未達顯著,但實驗組在各構面後測分數均高於對照組,顯示潛在正向介入效果。結論:飛盤運動具有提升學童心肺耐力、自我效能與團隊合作傾向的潛力,特別適合資源有限之偏鄉地區實施。建議教育單位可將飛盤運動納入偏鄉學校體育與生活課程中,作為促進學童身心發展與社會互動能力的實務性方案。 |
| 英文摘要 | Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects of implementing an frisbee program within rural physical education curricula on students' health-related physical fitness, self-efficacy, and teamwork skills. Methods: A quasi-experimental design was adopted, involving 30 students from two rural elementary schools in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Participants were randomly assigned to an experimental group or a control group, with 15 students in each. The experimental group received frisbee training twice a week for eight weeks, while the control group followed their regular curriculum without any frisbee-related activities. Data were analyzed using a two-way mixed-design ANOVA. Results: In terms of physical fitness, a significant interaction effect was found in the progressive aerobic cardiovascular endurance run (PACER), indicating a greater improvement in cardiovascular endurance for the experimental group. Significant main effects of group were also observed in standing long jump and sit-and-reach tests. For self-efficacy, a significant interaction was found in the competition subscale, with the experimental group outperforming the control group across all subscales. Regarding teamwork skills, although interaction effects were not significant, the experimental group showed higher posttest scores in all subscales, suggesting potential positive effects. Conclusion: The frisbee program demonstrated potential in enhancing cardiovascular fitness, self-efficacy, and teamwork among rural elementary students. Given its low equipment requirements and high engagement, frisbee is particularly suitable for implementation in resource-limited rural settings. It is recommended that education authorities consider incorporating such programs into physical and life education curricula to promote students' holistic development and social competence. |
