| 英文摘要 | Nowadays, most of the research in the field of management focuses on Western management thoughts and theories. Peter Ferdinand Drucker 's concept of management refers to paying attention to human subjectivity. However, most of the thoughts of traditional Chinese scholars in the Pre-Qin period are the knowledge of employing people, which is the same as the main object of today's enterprise management. In the Warring States period, the organization theory of Legalists advocated the "theory of evil nature" and took "Law, Skill and Potential" as the core concept. Legalists had three schools, Law, Skill and Potential, and Han Fei had the advantages of each school. The following is a study of Han Fei. Although Han Fei's proposition is the skill of kings, it was not from the perspective of the emperor. He saw the changes of the times and the consequent needs, so he advocated "changing the ancient and reforming the system", which is an extremely management perspective. Han Fei believes that under the evil human nature, people's values are realistic utilitarianism; "Potential" refers to power, "Law" refers to rules, regulations or work plans, and is the method to achieve goals; "Skill" is the use of power to achieve the governance goal of controlling the subjects, respecting the monarch and strengthening the country. Therefore, when discussing the views of management theory, in addition to introducing the western management theory, we should consider the traditional legalist thought as a supplement, so as to integrate the source of management thought into the eastern view, and Legalist management view has many similarities with western organization theory. If modern organization theory and traditional legalist view can complement each other, It will certainly have a certain presentation in the application of enterprise management and can also show the effect of "making the past serve the present". |
