| 英文摘要 | This study investigates fluorescence cell image enhancement techniques aimed at improving image quality, including resolution, contrast, and signal-to-noise ratio, while reducing the effects of photobleaching and phototoxicity. Fluorescence cell imaging utilizes excitation light at specific wavelengths to induce fluorescence signals from targeted cellular components, allowing observation of internal cell structures and dynamic changes. However, traditional fluorescence imaging techniques are limited by photobleaching, phototoxicity, and resolution constraints. Therefore, this study compares and evaluates different image enhancement methods, such as optical image enhancement, digital image processing, and novel labeling techniques, to improve image quality and enhance the application value in biomedical research. Through experiments and data analysis, the applicability of various enhancement techniques is explored, along with their potential applications in clinical diagnosis, cell dynamics monitoring, and drug development. |
