| 中文摘要 | 護理是一門以人為中心,運用知識與技能照護身心健康的專業學 問,而基本護理學是護理系的核心課程,旨在建構護理知識與培養技 能。面對臨床的多變與現代學生學習模式的改變,教師須使用不同教學 設計以提升學生學習動機與成效。本計畫融合了微課教學、互動式模擬 情境動畫與虛擬實境教學、以及同理心地圖等三項創新教學策略,以期 達成認知、技能、情意之教育目標。透過教學模式可強化學生之學理; 模擬情境動畫與虛擬實境可讓學生體驗臨床情境;以同理心地圖之關 懷、同理為軸心,則可提升學生之專業知識、技能、問題解決及溝通能 力。本研究結果顯示以上三項創新策略不僅提升了學生學習動機,更增 進其學習成效。 |
| 英文摘要 | Nursing is a patient-centered profession that utilizes knowledge and skills to care for individuals' physical and mental health. The curriculum of Fundamental Nursing is a core component of nursing training, that lays the foundation for students to acquire critical knowledge and develop essential skills necessary to succeed in the field. Facing the changing clinical environment and learning patterns of new-generation students, it is educators’ responsibility to use various teaching strategies to enhance students' learning motivation and effectiveness. This project integrates three innovative teaching strategies: (1) microlecture, (2) interactive simulated animation and virtual reality teaching, and (3) empathy maps to achieve educational objectives related to cognition, skills, and emotions. This project strengthens students' theoretical foundations through microlecture, allows students to experience clinical scenarios through simulated scenarios animation and virtual reality, and combines empathy maps with caring and empathy as the core to enhance students' professional knowledge and skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication abilities. The results of this project showed that the three innovative strategies not only enhance students' learning motivation but also improve their learning effectiveness. |
