| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討觀光會展專業英文課程中,專業英文詞彙融入對學生學習 的整體成效,課堂中,教師考慮到部分學生自主學習的意願不足,本研究進一步 探討了課程中所採用的教學策略,包括增加師生互動活動、實務案例分析和小組 討論等,這些教學活動促進了學生的課堂參與和主動學習。同時,強化的師生互 動使學生能夠在學習過程中積極尋求協助,進一步鞏固他們對專業詞彙的理解 與應用能力。此研究顯示,課程中教師應用的教學策略對於學生學習專業英文詞 彙的融入對學生的學習成效有正面的影響。研究採用混合法以促進並評估學生 的學習成效。同時也對學生評估專業英文詞彙對課程的整體影響,研究採用配對 t 檢定,對 44 名學生的前測與後測成績進行比較。結果顯示,學生在專業英文詞 彙能力上有明顯提升。總而言之,本研究的結果在學術上以及實務應用上具有重 要的價值,未來的課程設計應更加強重視跨領域專業英文詞彙的教與學,進一步 促進學生的整體學習成效,期待本研究能為相關領域的教學實踐提供實質參考, 並推動專業英語課程的持續發展。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study aims to investigate the overall effectiveness of integrating professional English vocabulary into the English course for tourism and exhibition professionals. In the classroom, teachers considered that some students exhibited insufficient willingness for self-directed learning. Therefore, this study further explores the teaching strategies employed in the course, including increased teacher-student interaction activities, practical case analyses, and group discussions. These teaching activities enhanced student participation and active learning. Additionally, the strengthened teacher-student interaction allowed students to actively seek assistance during the learning process, further consolidating their understanding and application of professional vocabulary. This research demonstrates that the teaching strategies applied by instructors regarding the integration of professional English vocabulary have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. The study employed a mixedmethod approach to facilitate and assess students' learning outcomes. It also evaluated students' perceptions of the overall impact of professional English vocabulary on the course. A paired t-test was utilized to compare the pre-test and post-test scores of 44 students. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' professional English vocabulary skills. In conclusion, the findings of this study hold significant academic and practical value. Future course design should place greater emphasis on the teaching and learning of cross-disciplinary professional English vocabulary to further enhance students' overall learning outcomes. It is hoped that this research will provide substantial references for teaching practices in related fields and promote the continuous development of professional English courses. |
