| 英文摘要 | This study focuses on the aviation service education in technical universities in Taiwan and Korea, and aims to explore its association with internship effectiveness and the direction of optimization. The study was conducted to explore the relationship between internship effectiveness and the optimization of the internships for students in the Department of Aviation Services of technical universities in Taiwan and Korea. According to the Situated learning theory, the core value of internship education can bridge the gap between theory and practice, reduce the gap between learning and utilization, and enhance the employability of students. Through in-depth interviews with seven students, including aviation service students from Taiwan's University of Science and Technology (n=3) and Korea's Technical University (n=4), the study explored the impact of the internship program on the effectiveness of internships. The purpose of the study was to explore the relationship between the program and internship effectiveness of Taiwanese and Korean aviation service students and graduates. The study found that the development of practical skills and occupational self-efficacy is crucial. The study suggests that a graded language program, a corporate grading system, and cross-cultural internship resources should be strengthened in order to provide theoretical and practical references for optimizing the internship system of the air service curriculum. |
