| 中文摘要 | 專業輔導人員在現代高等教育體系中扮演支持學生心理健康、學 業成長和生活適應的重要角色。然而,學生需求日益複雜多樣,僅依 賴專業輔導員難以有效處理學生的各類議題。為此,本校實施輔導股 長助人專業培訓課程,旨在培訓三項核心能力:情緒覺察、利社會行 為與同理心。本研究探討此課程對情緒覺察能力、助人行為意願及同 理心的影響,共有 30 名大專校院輔導股長或對助人議題有興趣的學生 參與研究。 研究採用質量混合研究設計,先以單組前後測之準實驗設計蒐集 量化資料,探討課程介入成效,再進行半結構式訪談,深入了解受試 者對課程的實際感受與學習歷程,以補充並詮釋量化結果。助人輔導 課程為期八週,研究工具包括「大學生情緒智力量表」、「新式成人 利社會行為量表」及「成人基礎同理心量表」,於課程開始前與結束 後進行前、後測評估成效,並於最後一堂課收集學生質性回饋。 結果顯示,情緒覺察能力(t=-2.7, p=0.01, Cohen’s d=0.5)及利社 會行為意願(t=-2.18, p=0.03, Cohen’s d=0.5)均顯著提升,而同理心雖 有增長但未達統計顯著性(t=-1.72, p=0.98, Cohen’s d=0.3)。質性分析 發現,學生在認知調適、情緒管理及行為轉變方面有明顯成長。結果 顯示,情緒教育與助人技能培訓對輔導效能具實質意義,建議未來優 化課程內容,延長培訓時程,強化理論與實務銜接,促進大專學生心 理健康發展。 |
| 英文摘要 | In contemporary higher education systems, professional counseling personnel play a pivotal role in supporting students' mental health, academic growth, and life adaptation. However, students' needs are becoming increasingly complex and diverse, and it is difficult to effectively deal with various student issues by relying solely on professional counselors. In response, our institution has implemented specialized training programs for Student Counseling Representative, focusing on three core competencies: emotional awareness, prosocial tendency, and empathy. This study explored the impact of this program on emotion awareness, prosocial tendency, and empathy. A total of 30 college counseling representatives participated in the study. This study adopted an explanatory sequential mixed methods design, beginning with a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental approach to assess the impact of the intervention, followed by semi-structured interviews to further explore participants’ experiences and to enrich the interpretation of quantitative findings. The program lasted for eight weeks; the research instruments included the Emotional Intelligence Scale for College Students, Scale for Adult's Prosocialiness, and the basic empathy scale for adult's revised. Results reveal significant improvements in emotional intelligence (p = 0.01, Cohen’s d = 0.5) and prosocial behavior (p = 0.03, Cohen’s d = 0.5) post-training. Empathy increased but not statistically significant(t=-1.72, p=0.98, Cohen’s d=0.3). Qualitative analysis found that students had significant growth in cognitive adjustment, emotion management, and behavioral change. This study provides empirical evidence for the effectiveness of training programs aimed at equipping university student counseling representatives with the skills to enhance student well-being, offering a valuable reference for future program optimization. It is recommended to optimize course content, extend training duration, strengthen the connection between theory and practice, and promote the mental health development of college students in the future. |
