| 英文摘要 | Geofencing technology, a type of location-based service (LBS), is widely used in commercial and personal services. This article discusses the use of geofencing in traffic law enforcement and management, highlighting regional speed control, parking management and enforcement, and micromobility (personal mobility devices) management. It also explores potential application areas for this technology in our country. Additionally, the article addresses three critical considerations: the need for regulatory adjustments, the establishment of a comprehensive system, and the importance of precise and stable positioning. These factors are critical in determining the applicability of geofencing technology in traffic law enforcement and management. |
