| 英文摘要 | The digitalization of film production has led to a technological gap between domestic films and international trends. Due to cost constraints, technical teams have been reduced, affecting the cultivation of professional talent. Changes in the industry environment have also posed challenges to vocational education, further limiting talent development. Moreover, film production and visual effects remain relatively independent fields, while the rapid development of virtual production and AI technologies has increased the demand for cross-disciplinary integration. This study explores how integrated teaching environments and mechanisms can enhance students' practical skills. This project adopts the ADDIE model, with cooperative learning as the core of practical teaching, focusing on three key strategies: visual effects thinking, technical application practice, and field integration practice. The teaching activities incorporate industry collaboration and a simulated workplace environment in a real-time compositing VFX studio, engaging students in project planning, workshops, and competitions to strengthen their practical skills. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, analyzing the effectiveness of teaching strategies through learning questionnaires, qualitative interviews, and learning process evaluations. Results indicate that technical practice and simulated workplace environments significantly enhanced student learning outcomes. The course received a satisfaction rating of 4.4 out of 5. In the final feedback, 86% of students expressed high satisfaction with the hands-on curriculum, with over 60% demonstrating mastery of skills such as green screen compositing and virtual character operation. However, participation and engagement in senior elective courses still need improvement. Future research will continue action-based inquiry to optimize teaching strategies and validate the impact of practical environments on educational innovation. |
