| 英文摘要 | Promoting the docking of labor dispute resolution procedures in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Ma- cao Greater Bay Area is an important measure to serve the convenient flow of elements in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Based on the commonalities and differences of labor dispute resolution proce- dures in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, we can promote the docking of labor dispute resolution procedures in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from two aspects: the docking of litigation procedures and the docking of alternative dispute resolution. In the labor litigation, the trial court can make use of the inter-re- gional judicial assistance arrangement in the field of civil and commercial affairs to realize the docking of labor dispute litigation procedures in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. In terms of docking non-litigation proce- dures, the goal should be the coordination and integration of non-litigation dispute resolution rules in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. Specifically, Guangdong Province should pay attention to the function and role of labor administrative departments in resolving disputes. At the same time, from the perspectives of the connotation and requirements of mediation, the scope and limits of mediation, and the connection of litigation and non-litigation rules, standardize and optimize the labor dispute mediation system. |
