| 中文摘要 | 本研究整合品質機能展開(QFD)和問題解決理論(TRIZ)來建立物聯網所需用 的感知器產品開發設計程序,以實現同時降低設計成本與開發時程及提高產品品 質的目標。本研究個案以某台灣知名電子代工廠作為研究對象,利用產品設計方 法分析,並配合QFD計算出顧客需求的改善優先順序。這些顧客需求將作為TRIZ 解決問題的基礎。運用 TRIZ 的創新概念,找出產品改進方案,以驗證產品設計 程序的可行性。同時參考 CBR(Case-Based Reasoning)CBR 過去的經驗或案例來 解決創新產品開發問題。從而推導出有效的解決方法。根據前述研究結果可以幫 助開發團隊在新產品開發,更貼近顧客需求,提高產品品質和創新性。本研究的 結果將為智慧製造業者提供物聯網感知器產品開發設計程序,以協助在百家齊放 的感知器市場中取得產品設計競爭優勢。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study presents a product development design process for sensors in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) that combines Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ). The process aims to reduce design costs and development time while improving product quality. A well-known Taiwanese electronics manufacturing company is used as a case study, with customer needs prioritized using QFD and then used as the basis for TRIZ problem-solving. Innovative concepts from TRIZ are used to identify solutions to improve the product. Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) is also employed to solve new problems by referring to past experiences or cases. The study concludes that this process can help development teams better meet customer needs, improve product quality and innovation, and provide a feasible product development design process for IIoT companies to gain a competitive advantage in the market. |
