中文摘要 | 本研究主要為從產品概念設計階段,針對顧客需求有系統建置一個「創新設計流 程」。本流程運用品質機能展開(QFD)把顧客的需求轉換成相對應之工程特徵,有效地 整合QFD、人因工程、價值工程與創意問題解決理論(Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems; TRIZ)解決工程矛盾及限制,找出最需改善之問題點,減少工程設計變更次 數。本研究將此流程應用於輕機槍人槍介面創新設計與改善,使輕機槍系統組件具備系 統化、模組化、持用舒適、拆裝方便及滿足目標顧客多功能使用彈性等特色,提供國軍 未來採購或研製新一代輕機槍之合理構型參考。 |
英文摘要 | The study is based on conceptual design to build a process of integrating creative design for customers’ demand systematically. The process effectively combines the theories of QFD (Quality Function Deployment), human factors engineering, value engineering and TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) to solve the contradiction and restriction. It can find out the questions that need to be improved and reduce the frequency of design. This study will apply the process on light mechanic gun (LMG) interface design to make the LMG system module systematic, comfortable and easy-disassembling as well as provide reasonable references of purchase and research on new LMG in the future. |
