| 英文摘要 | This paper explores the culinary poetry of Liang Bingjun (梁秉鈞, 1949-2013), dividing his food and drink poetry into three phases according to the time of creation: travel poems, poems about objects, and poems on human feelings. This paper then further analyzes how Liang's postcolonial concerns are presented in the culinary poetry of each of these phases. In his travel poems, Liang thinks about the establishment of subjectivity in mobility; in his poems on objects, the phenomena of multicultural alienation and assimilation feature as a major focus of his work. Finally, in his later years, in his poems about traveling to France, Leung Ping-kwan focuses on the power of human feelings behind food. As a "caught in the middle" intellectual who cares about the postcolonial destiny of Hong Kong, these poems not only reflect Leung Ping-kwan's personal journey, but also reveal hidden connections with Hong Kong's contemporary situation. |
