| 中文摘要 | 基本動作在競技體操訓練中屬於非常重要的一環,原地團身前空翻為男子競技體操地板項目基本動作之一,本文透過彙整相關研究文獻資料,並針對動作保護技巧進行拍攝圖片拍攝及文字敘述來探討原地團身前空翻動作訓練方法,相關內容敘述如下:一、自我實施原地團身前空翻動作起跳階段、空翻階段及著地階段之技術要領探討;二、原地前空翻動作保護要領與輔助方法探討;三、原地團身前空翻動作肌力訓練方法。本文中詳細說明之動作自我實施、保護技巧、輔助訓練方法與肌力訓練方法皆能實務應用在專項訓練上,有助於臺灣教練與選手進行基本動作訓練及訓練步驟與技術重點能有更進一步的暸解,故本文相當適合作為訓練原地團身前空翻動作時的參考依據。 |
| 英文摘要 | The basic movement is important in men's artistic gymnastics training, which included the tucked front somersault. This paper compiles relevant research literature and explores training methods for the stationary tucked front somersault through detailed image captures and descriptive text on movement protect techniques. The key content includes: 1) Analysis of the technical essentials for performing the jump phase, somersault phase, and landing phase of the stationary tucked front somersault; 2) Examination of protect techniques and assistance methods for the stationary front somersault; 3) Methods for strength training specific to the stationary tucked front somersault. The self-implementation techniques, protect techniques, assisted training, and strength training methods detailed in this paper can be practically applied in specialized training. This study provides valuable insights for Taiwanese coaches and athletes to enhance their understanding of basic movement training, training procedures, and key technical points. Therefore, this paper serves as a valuable reference for training the stationary tucked front somersault. |
