| 中文摘要 | 目的:探究不同年級女性大學生體質測試的差異,進而探究體育運動與體 質健康之間的關聯性,正確認識兩者關係,並更好地促進大學生體質健康的發 展。方法:以大學生運動習慣調查問卷來做為分組條件,以此區分運動組 (有 運動習慣) 及無運動組 (無運動習慣),挑選出一年級運動組 29 位、無運動組 69 位;二年級運動組 29 位、無運動組 43 位;三四年級運動組 23 位、無運動 組 40 位;再通過體脂秤測驗、腰臀圍測量、落尺實驗、握力測驗和閉眼單足立 測試 5 個項目進行測試,並收集受試者體質測試成績。將實驗所得的身體組成 參數及體適能等資料經由 SPSS 26 軟體進行雙因子 (不同年級與有無運動習慣) 變異數分析,若達統計上的顯著水準,則使用雪費 (Scheffé) 法進行事後比較。 結果:對比有無運動習慣,在體脂率、肌肉量、內臟脂肪、腰臀比、50m 跑、 800m 跑和握力在統計上達到顯著性差異 (p<.05);在不同年級組中,握力在統 計上達顯著性差異 (p<.05);肺活量、坐姿體前彎及仰臥起坐達統計上交互作 用 (p<.05);BMI、落尺實驗和閉眼單足立未呈現出顯著性差異 (p>.05)。結 論:運動能夠改善身體組成,提高體適能成績。建議每週進行至少 3 次每次時 長 30 分鐘以上的規律性運動,並養成良好的運動習慣,且多採用不同形式的運 動及適當的運動強度來進行訓練。 |
| 英文摘要 | Objective: To explore the differences in physical fitness test results among female college students in different grades and investigate the correlation between physical exercise and physical health, with the goal of fostering a better understanding of the relationship between the two and promoting the physical health development of college students. Method: A survey questionnaire on college students' exercise habits was used as the grouping condition, distinguishing between the exercise group (with exercise habits) and the non-exercise group (without exercise habits). The participants included 29 students in the first-year exercise group, 69 in the non-exercise group; 29 in the second-year exercise group, 43 in the non-exercise group; 23 in the third/fourth-year exercise group, and 40 in the non-exercise group. The subjects were tested using five measures: body fat scale, waist-to-hip ratio, sitand-reach test, grip strength test, and one-leg standing test with eyes closed. The data was analyzed using SPSS 26 software with a two-way ANOVA(grade and exercise habits). If statistical significance was achieved, Scheffé's post hoc test was conducted. Results: Significant differences (p < .05) were found between the exercise and non-exercise groups in terms of body fat percentage, muscle mass, visceral fat, waist-to-hip ratio, 50m run, 800m run, and grip strength. Among the different grade groups, there was a significant difference in grip strength (p < .05). Vital capacity, sit-and-reach, and sit-ups showed significant interaction effects (p < .05), while BMI, sit-and-reach, and one-leg standing did not show significant differences (p > .05). Conclusion: Exercise can improve body composition and enhance physical fitness performance. It is recommended to engage in at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week and develop a regular exercise habit, incorporating various forms of exercise with appropriate intensity for training. |
