| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among control variables, leisure exercise motivation, leisure exercise barriers, and the level of leisure exercise participation among college students. Data were collected from 413 students across six universities. Statistical analysis revealed the following results: Among the control variables, gender, academic year, and participation in sports-related clubs significantly influenced the level of leisure exercise participation, whereas the type of school (public or private) did not have an impact. Leisure exercise motivation negatively affected leisure exercise barriers but did not influence the level of leisure exercise participation. Leisure exercise barriers negatively impacted the level of leisure exercise participation. Leisure exercise barriers demonstrated a complete mediating effect in the model. Overall, variables such as gender, academic year, participation in sports-related clubs, type of school, leisure exercise motivation, and leisure exercise barriers collectively explained 35% of the variance in college students' leisure exercise participation. This indicates that the study model provides a moderate level of explanatory power. |
