| 英文摘要 | The debris-flow warning criteria adopted by Agency of Rural Development and Soil and Water Conservation are set based on the scope of townships. However, for some larger areas, setting the uniform warning threshold for the township may not adequately reflect the differences in hydrological, topographical, and geological conditions associated with debris-flow occurrence. Therefore, this study aims to explore the feasibility of establishing warning criteria based on different regional units without affecting the efficiency of debris-flow warning issue. The simulation results, using Geomorphological Index (GI), radar rainfall data (QPE), and historical disaster cases, indicate that setting and issuing warning thresholds based on debris-flow warning areas can effectively reduce the scope of warning issue and the frequency of evacuations.
