| 中文摘要 | 隨著國人出國次數及入境旅客的不斷增加,國際機場為提升服務品質及減少國家通關查驗人員之人力成本,建置自動通關查驗證照的科技服務已是時勢所趨,台灣也於101年正式啟用此項服務。然啟用至今鮮少有針對旅客使用認知、態度與滿意度進行了解之研究。本研究將以問卷調查方式進行,針對已申請並使用過自動通關查驗證照之旅客為研究對象,以了解使用者對此項服務的認知、使用的態度與滿意程度。研究結果顯示受訪者對此系統認知有用且使用後的結果為滿意。惟對自動通關系統設置普及與系統保障顧客隱私有所保留。模式驗證結果顯示,認知有用性、易用性及安全性對使用態度有正向的影響;使用態度對滿意度有正向的影響關係。 |
| 英文摘要 | Due to the significant advancement of the facial recognition technology, together with the increasing numbers of air traveler in and out of the country, the automatic passport checking system has becoming an effective system to improve quality of service, and to reduce labor cost. Taiwan's international airport such as Taoyuan installed "E-Gate" since 2012. However, so far there is no known study to assess users' perception, attitude and satisfaction of the E-Gate system. The intent of this study is to assess the perception, attitude, and satisfaction of the already approved E-Gate users via questionnaire survey. Samples will be collected and analyzed such that the perception, attitude and satisfaction of the different users can be understood. The results of this study show that users agree the E-Gate system is useful and satisfied with it. However, the system is available to all airports and secure passengers' personal data that are not agree with. Finally, the model indicates that the perception of useful, easy and safe of E-Gate system positively significant affect attitude of using. The attitude of using this system positively significant affect to satisfaction. |
