中文摘要 | 本研究針對病室紅燈發生原因及相關因素進行深入之探討。採用實地觀察及問卷 調查法之研究設計進行,針對北部某區域教學醫院由隨機收樣以骨科、一般外科、胃腸科、 及新陳代謝科四個單位發生紅燈之病患及護理人員為研究對象,採用三天分開三班共 72 小 時實地觀察之方式進行病室紅燈發生原因、護理人員處理病室紅燈之認知及態度、去處理 ( 回應 ) 病室紅燈之時間及病患對護理人員處理病室紅燈滿意度之探討。 本研究資料分析以 SPSS 套裝軟體進行資料建檔及分析, 以 Descriptive Analysis、Pearson's Correlation 、t-test、One-way ANOVA 檢定。結果顯示:一、病室紅燈發生主要以病患點滴滴完、點滴 不滴及疼痛為主要原因,時間以 10Am ∼ 2Pm 及 6Pm ∼ 8Pm 發生紅燈最為頻繁。 二、護 理人員去處理病室紅燈平均時間為 26.1 秒,病室紅燈發生以護理職級 N 佔多數。 三、 護理人員對處理紅燈之平均認知為 11.0 分 (滿分 14 分 )、五分量表之護理人員對紅燈處 理態度平均為 4.41 分及病患對護理人員處理紅燈之平均滿意度為 4.44 分。四、護理人員 對處理紅燈之認知及態度無統計之相關性,但病患對護理人員處理紅燈滿意度與護理人員之 態度有正相關。五、病患對護理人員處理紅燈之滿意度與護理人員上班天數及病患是否動手 術成負相關;並與病患活動程度及性別上有顯著差異。 六、護理職級 N �竣� N0 對紅燈處 理之認知及態度比其他職級較高之認知及正向的態度。本研究結果可供護理臨床針對日後改 善紅燈發生之依據。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to explore patient's satisfaction in nurses with call light and related factors. The study was conducted in June 21, 1998 to June 23, 1998 on 240 beds of orthopedic, general surgical, gastronitestinal, and metabolic units during a 72-hours period at a norther area regional hospital. A participant observation method was used to document patients' requests made with the call lights. The tally sheets were used to record data of patients and nurses. Satisfaction, cognition, and attitude related to call lights were also investigated. The SPSS-PC was used to analyze the data, which included Descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The results as follow:1. The most frequent requests of call lights were Ⅳ finished, Ⅳ dysfunction, and call for pain. Call lights most happened at 10:00 ∼ 14:00 and 18:00. 2.The greatest number of call lights occurred on N �� nurses. The average time of nurses arranging call lights was 26.1 seconds. 3.The average score for nurse's attitude and patient's satisfaction with call lights in the Likert five scale were 4.41 and 4.44, respectively. 4.Nurse's cognition and attitud of call lights were positively related. 5.Patient's satisfaction with call lights and nurse's work day and patient's operation were negatively related. There wre differences between patient's activities and patien's sex in patient's satisfaction. 6.No and N �� nurses were better and more positive than other clinical ladders of nurses in nurse's cognition and attitude of call lights. The results of this study would provide clinical nurses to decreas frequency of call light and to meet patient's needs in clinical practice. |
