Interpretation of the development of Confucianism and its status in the pre-Qin period has become the target of discussion. Articles with the theme of "explaining Confucianism" and "proto-Confucianism" are constantly appearing. Status. However, another trend that regards Confucianism as a religion and Confucius as the leader, accompanied by the promotion of the movement to interpret Confucianism, also emerged.
