| 中文摘要 | 近年的許多研究顯示,企業若能重視員工職涯發展,建立良好的 教育訓練制度,將有助於企業的品牌發展,提升自身的品牌價值。根 據GRI 準則對企業「永續報告書」資訊揭露的要求,企業必須揭露其 有助於員工職涯發展的內部教育訓練制度實際推動情形,以供利害關 係人據以做為評估企業落實永續ESG 的指標。因此,企業重視員工的 教育訓練並建立完善制度,不但可強化員工對該企業的認同,有助該 企業的營運績效,並可提升品牌形象及促進永續發展。 本文將探討企業如何透過教育訓練制度,落實永續發展。本文將 以商業服務業為例,藉由體個案分析,說明良好的員工教育訓練的實 施,可幫助服務業提升永續經營能力,並提供服務業者建立內部培訓 制度之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | Current studies indicate that when enterprises prioritize employee career development and establish effective training systems, they can enhance their brand development and increase their brand value. According to the GRI guidelines, companies are required to disclose their internal education and training systems that contribute to employee career development in their sustainability reports. This disclosure allows stakeholders to assess the company's commitment to sustainable ESG practices. Thus, when businesses focus on employee education and training and implement robust systems, they not only strengthen employee affiliation with the organization but also improve operational performance, enhance brand image, and promote sustainability. This paper discusses how companies can implement sustainable development through education and training systems focusing on employee career development. Using the business services sector as a case study, we illustrated how effective employee training can bolster the sustainability capabilities of service industries and provide a reference for service providers in establishing internal training systems. |
