英文摘要 | Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects of different landing distances on the landing-error scoring system (LESS). Methods: We enrolled 16 college-going baseball players as participants(age: 19.37 ± 0.88 years, body height: 175.67 ± 6.14 cm, body weight: 70.51 ± 8.67 kg, player's baseball age: 7.96 ± 2.46 years). All participants performed maneuvers with landing distances of 40 %, 50 %, and 60% of an individual’s body height. Results: There was no significant difference in the group’s mean LESS scores under all the tested conditions (p <.05). Conclusion: The group’s mean LESS scores was similar when college-going baseball player performed maneuvers with landing distances of 40 %, 50 %, and 60 % of an individual’s body height. For testing the LESS, we recommended that the coach set a landing distance of 40 % ~ 60 % to reduce the difficulty of the test process. |
