中文摘要 | 雖然已有許多生醫材料被應用於製造人工勒帶,可以很安定的存在人體內,不會引發毒性或排斥反應;雖然人工勒帶有各種不同的設計,希望能引導纖維組織長入,生成新的自體勒帶;但是迄無任何一種人工勒帶植入體內能夠免於磨損,產生材料碎屑引起組織反應;而且纖維組織的長入仍是不可預期。 雖然人工勒帶之使用仍有其特定之適應症,目前前十字勒帶之重建仍以選擇自體勒帶最為理想。 |
英文摘要 | Biomaterials that have been used for artificial ligaments show little problems with toxic or immunologic response in vivo. Although various designs have been applied to make the artificial ligaments, none of them has the healing potential of living tissue and wear changes are inevitable. The synovitis that has occurred is demonstrated to be a response to the particulate debris produced by fragmentation of the artificial ligament from abrasion and wear in the joint. Although certain indications still exist for the artificial ligament, intra-articular reconstruction with an autogenous patellar bone-tendon-bone graft is currently the gold standard to treat the anterior cruciate ligament deficient patients. |
