中文摘要 | 本研究進行模擬分析港埠相關活動對於臺灣沿岸地區與港區附近之空氣品質影響,尤其是區分一次原生性污染物與二次衍生性污染物之影響。使用環保署2013年公布之排放清冊TEDS9所建置的臺灣地區排放量為基礎,以Models-3/CMAQ模式同時模擬原生性與衍生性污染物的影響,包含2013年臺灣地區五大港口(高雄港、臺中港、基隆港、花蓮港、臺北港)20海浬內排放影響,其中污染物種細懸浮微粒(PM_(2.5))之各港逐月影響介於-0.1%~14.1%之間,影響最高發生於8月之高雄港排放,地點則為前鎮與復興站。年平均貢獻比例中,各大污染物種除NO_x最高貢獻比例發生於萬里站之22.6%,為基隆港排放所提供外,其餘最高貢獻比例均為高雄港排放所產生,且其中PM_(2.5)、SO_2、SO_(42-)及NH_(4+)均發生在前鎮及復興站,依序為5.5%、31.8%、1.76%及0.8%,而O_(3ave8)之0.7%發生在楠梓站,NO_(3-)之1.19%則發生於潮州站。 |
英文摘要 | The air pollutants emitted from ships traveling at major five harbors (Kaohsiung Harbor, Taichung Harbor, Keelung Harbor, Hualien Harbor, Taipei Harbor,) in Taiwan will be estimated by using AIS in this research. Their impacts on the ambient air quality in Taiwan, including primary and secondary air pollutants, will be evaluated by using three-dimensional grid model CMAQ. The simulation for air quality impacts in 2013 were conducted by using TEDS9 with ship emissions form AIS. The monthly mean impacts on the fine particle concentrations from emission from the various ports are from -0.1% to 14.1% with the greatest impact from Kaohsiung port in August. The greatest annual mean contributions to the ambient concentrations of fine particle, ozone 8-hour average, SO2, sulfate, nitrate and ammonium are 5.5%, 0.7%, 31,8%, 1.76%, 1.19%, and 0.8%, respectively, due to emissions from Kaohsiung, except for the 22.6% of NOx from Keelung port. |
