中文摘要 | 臺電火力電廠為臺灣地區重要的污染物排放源,其硫氧化物及氮 氧化物總排放量分別佔臺灣地區39%與8.6%。這些污染物排放經大氣 之傳輸轉化過程後,對臺灣地區酸沈降現象產生的影響,值深入探討。 本研究為三年研究計畫的第三年,共選擇了六種天氣型態(東北 季風(Ⅰ)個案、夏季陣兩個案、秋天鋒面個案、春天滯留鋒個案、 梅兩鋒面個案、東北季風(Ⅱ)個案),配合四種1993年排放條件案 例(臺電自行推估的火力電廠排放案例、推估的臺電火力電廠排放控 制前案例、臺電零排放案例、臺灣地區無人為排放案例),分別進行5 天的酸沈降事件的模擬,以便對臺電火力電廠排放在臺灣地區酸沈降 方面的影響進行分析。 研究的結果顯示,各種天氣型態下,臺電電廠排放對臺灣地區總 硫沈降的影響約在9∼21%,總氮沈降則皆小於4.5%。在污染物質量 收支方面,臺灣地區硫的輸出比例除東北季風(Ⅰ)個案之外,皆在76% 以上,氮化物則在79%以上;而對臺電電廠而言,所排放出的硫有 2∼11%沈降在臺灣,89∼98%輸出臺灣地區。東北季風個案期間,長 距離輸送對臺灣地區總硫與總氮酸沈降影響比例高達65%與41%,酸 沈降問題區域性質明顯。臺電排放全減對臺灣地區酸沈降改善的效益, 對總硫沈降的效益約介於23∼55%,總氮化物則介於16∼51%之間。 推估臺電火力電廠自1989年至1993年所施行之各種排放控制措 施每年大約可減少排放硫氧化物10萬噸,氮氧化物3萬6千噸,以及 粒狀物3萬噸,估計此減量可使臺灣地區硫酸沈降和氮酸沈降分別有 3.5%以上及0.5%以上之改善比例。 |
英文摘要 | Estimated emission of SOx and NOx from the coal-fired thermal power plants of Taiwan Power Company(here after as Taipower) are 39% and 8.6% of total emission in Taiwan respectively. Since SOx and NOx are important precursors of acid deposition, as a significant source in Taiwan, it is necessary to identify the influences on acid deposition from Taipower. A 3-year study was implemented in this research. 6 episodes and 4 cases of emission were selected to explore the influences of emission from Taipower on acid deposition in Taiwan. The simulation results show that the contribution from Taipower to sulfate deposition is 9 to 21% under different episodes while that of nitrate is smaller than 4.5%. Most emission from Taiwan exported outside, 2 to 11% of sulfur emitted from Taipower deposited in Taiwan while that of nitrogen was not significant. Contribution from long range transport are important to acid deposition in Taiwan. In North-East moon soon case study, they are 65% and 41% respectively. The efforts of Taipower on cutting down SOx and NOx emission during 1983 to 1993 resulted in reducing 100,000 tons SOx emission, 36,000 tons NOx emission, and 30,000 tons TSP emission per year. It also reduced the sulfate and nitrate acid deposition as 3.5% and 0.5% respectively. |
