中文摘要 | 本研究旨在規劃一套整合「問題導向學習」(PBL)、「服務學習」(SL)與「認知學徒制」(CA)的課程教學模式(PBL+SL+CA 課程教學模式),以提升高中職餐旅 群師資生的 TPACK。為此,本研究先進行文獻探討,包括探討十二年國教課綱下的高 中職餐旅群(餐飲管理/觀光事業科)師資生所需之科技學科教學知識(TPACK)、問 題導向學習(PBL)的意涵與特色及教學模式、服務學習(SL)的意涵及其實施方式、 認知學徒制(CA)的意義與學習環境架構及相關研究、整合 PBL 與 SL 及 CA(PBL +SL+CA)進行師資培育教學(發展 TPACK)的可行性探討、運用「PBL+SL+CA 課程教學模式」發展師資生的 TPACK 之相關研究探討。之後,本研究規劃出一套發展師資生的 TPACK 之「PBL+SL+CA 課程教學模式」,並舉實例加以說明。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to design an integrated curriculum teaching model, the PBL + SL + CA teaching model, to enhance the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) of pre-service teachers in the hospitality industry at vocational high schools. To achieve this, the study first conducts a literature review, including exploration of the TPACK required for pre-service teachers in the hospitality industry (culinary management/tourism) under the 12-year national curriculum, the implications and characteristics of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and its teaching models, the meaning of Service Learning (SL) and its implementation methods, the significance of Cognitive Apprenticeship (CA) and the learning environment framework, as well as relevant research on integrating PBL, SL, and CA (PBL + SL + CA) for teacher education (developing TPACK) feasibility discussions and relevant research on using the "PBL + SL + CA teaching model" to develop the TPACK of pre-service teachers. Subsequently, this study plans a set of "PBL + SL + CA teaching model" for the development of pre-service teachers' TPACK, and provides examples for illustration. |
