英文摘要 | When police personnel assume leadership positions, how to consider ethical issues within the organization. The investigation by the Control Yuan criticized the Seventh Special Police Corps case, highlighting one of the issues as the prevalence of anonymous poison pen letters. This article focuses on police leadership to assist police agencies in redirecting those behaviors towards employee voice behavior. Relevant researches suggest that “ethical leadership” can promote such constructive behavior. The concept of ethical leadership will be introduced, followed by an analysis of the Seventh Special Police Corps case. Finally, recommendations for improvement will be proposed. |
