英文摘要 | The total length of Taichung MRT Wuri-Wenxin-Beitun Line CJ930 Construction Project is about 8.69km, and the elevate section is about 7.28km. The bridge construction methods adopted by CJ930 team includes “full-span pre-casting & launching method”, “advancing shoring method”, “the steel beam hoisting method” and “balanced cantilever method”. The safety and quality of viaduct construction is all linked with one another from the pre-construction process to the entire construction work, which clearly shows the importance of viaduct planning, design and construction. This paper briefly describes the viaduct planning and design concept, including the bridge modeling, bridge type and construction method, as well as introduce the design and construction of pre - cast U-shaped beams, bracket-type bridge piers, long-span field-casting & balanced cantilever bridges and steel truss bridge across Fazi River. Furthermore, it provides a comparison of planning principle for various types of bridge foundations, then goes on to discuss the viaduct seismic design, and bridge fall prevention device. Finally, it introduces the viaduct drainage system layout plan and sound proof wall project, which can be used as a reference for the similar MRT projects. |
