英文摘要 | Gender diversity and education is a topic of growing interest in industry, particularly within the healthcare system. Staff must possess specialized knowledge and skills to ensure that a patient's medical rights are not compromised due to their gender identity. In healthcare settings are gradually becoming more open and accepting of diverse cultures, but it is crucial to consider whether healthcare professionals can effectively address the healthcare needs of gender-diverse populations. Therefore, it is essential for clinical nursing professionals to continually build gender competence and sensitivity, from school education to clinical training. They can use their understanding and caring attitude to appropriately address the challenges faced by gender-diverse populations when seeking medical care to increase their confidence and truly implement a friendly healthcare environment. |
