中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在透過舞動治療的實驗介入方案,以提升自閉症譜系障礙兒童之溝通能力、社交能力與動作能力。本研究之對象為兩岸分別抽取二名就讀國小的自閉症譜系障礙兒童,研究方法採跨個人多基準線設計及簡單時間系列A-B實驗設計,介入方案包括基線期(A)和干預期(B)兩個階段。資料分析採用單一個案研究資料之分析方法,包括描述分析、統計分析,其中,描述分析係採圖示法與目視分析,統計分析則採標準化的平均數差異量,透過效果值的計算,以了解變項之間的關係強度,增進單一受試研究在資料分析上的可靠性與準確性。研究結果顯示,舞動治療介入模式對兩岸自閉症譜系障礙兒童溝通能力改善成效有限,但對社交能力與動作能力則有顯著改善成效。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study was to investigate whether experimental interventions using dance movement therapy improved the communication skills, sociability, and motor skills of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The participants were four elementary school–aged children with ASD attending regular classes from Taiwan and mainland China. A multiple baseline design across individuals and a simple time-series design for the single subject experimental design were used. Experimental interventions included baseline (A) and treatment (B) phases. In addition to graphical analysis and visual inspection techniques, the author also estimated the effect size to determine the power of the relationship between variables. The findings reveal that the dance movement therapy interventional model has limited effectiveness in improving communication skills among children with ASD, but it exhibits significant potential to improve sociability and motor skills. |
