中文摘要 | 加氫脫硫觸媒廣泛使用於石油煉製工業,其功能為脫除原油中的硫元素,以降低汽柴油產品燃燒時硫氧化物濃度,或避免毒化後段製程觸媒。觸媒因結焦失去活性後,過往皆以事業廢棄物處理之。基於循環經濟發展理念,台灣中油公司積極推廣觸媒再生之應用,透過燒除觸媒表面與孔隙的揮發性烴類、積碳及硫,將活性約恢復至新鮮觸媒的70~80%,再使用於碳數較低油料之工場。另採用器外預硫化技術將氧化態觸媒轉化為部分硫化態,不但可降低開爐期間的氫氣消耗量與酸水產生量,亦減少開爐過程的操作時間與不便。 |
英文摘要 | Hydrodesulfurization catalyst is widely used in petroleum refining industry to remove sulfur element from crude oil. Its function is to lower the concentration of sulfur oxides (SO_x) while burning gasoline or diesel, or to avoid the poison of catalyst used in backend process. In the past the deactivated catalyst resulted from coke deposition was treated as hazard industrial waste. Based on the development of circular economy, Taiwan CPC Corporation actively promotes the application of catalyst regeneration. The activity of spent catalyst can be restored to 70~80% of fresh one via burning off volatile hydrocarbon, coke and sulfur deposited on the surface or pore of the catalyst. The regenerated catalyst reuses to treat the feedstock with lower carbon number. Furthermore, introducing the ex-situ presulfiding technology which converts the catalyst from oxide state to partial sulfur state can not only decrease the hydrogen consumption and sour water production but also reduce the operating period and inconvenience while starting up. |
