中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討老人相互關懷正向心理學介入方案對社區照顧關懷據點老人主觀幸福感與憂鬱的影響成效。研究者立意抽樣高雄市社區照顧關懷據點的40名社區老人,年齡在65歲以上,無嚴重精神疾病,且志願參與研究。隨後將這40名老人隨機分配20人為實驗組,另外20人為控制組。實驗組參加為期八週的介入方案,控制組則無任何實驗方案介入。研究資料透過共變數分析,來釐清老人相互關懷正向心理學介入方案對社區照顧關懷據點老人主觀幸福感與憂鬱的影響成效。並透過事後訪談實驗組老人來釐清老人相互關懷正向心理學介入方案實施成效的運作機制。共變數統計分析結果顯示老人相互關懷正向心理學介入方案有效提升老人主觀幸福感,降低老人憂鬱。訪談研究發現,促使老人相互關懷正向心理學介入方案有效提升老人主觀幸福感,降低老人憂鬱的關鍵,在於正向思考、正向情緒、正向行為的心理運作機制之發揮。根據這些主要研究發現,研究者對提升社區照顧關懷據點老人心理健康,以及未來研究提出相關建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main purposes of this study were to explore the effects of elder educare elder positive psychology intervention (EEEPPI) program on community-care-site older adults' subject wellbeing and depression. Nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design was used in this study, and we recruited a convenience sample including 40 elders to carry out experiment. During experiment period, 20 elders participated in EEEPPI program, another 20 elders participated in a control group. These participants completed measures of subject well-being and depression. The obtained data were analyzed by ANCOVA to examine effects. The results of statistical analysis show EEEPPI program EEEPPI program decrease community-care-site older adults' depressive symptoms, and increase community-care-site older adults' subject wellbeing. The results of qualitative interview show the psychologic mechanisms, which EEEPPI program decrease depressive symptoms and increase subject well-being, are positive thoughts, positive emotions, and positive behaviors. Based on these results, the recommendations for the promotion of mental healthiness of community-care-site older adults, and future research were submitted. |
