中文摘要 | 目標:影響高科技產業勞工嚴重疲勞的因素。方法:本研究採橫斷式研究設計,以高科技產業工作者為研究對象,使用結構式問卷採不記名自填方式收集人口學、工作特性、健康特性與嚴重疲勞資料。結果:378位研究對象,以男性、年齡介於31-40歲之間、已婚及大學以上者最多。有嚴重疲勞者佔16.1%,以無配偶、每周工作時間大於61小時以上及罹患有一種疾病以上者的人數較多。結論:主要影響高科技產業勞工是否發生嚴重疲勞的因素為婚姻狀態、每週工時及是否罹患疾病,此結果可提供給職場健康促進活動之參考,以改善高科技勞工的健康。 |
英文摘要 | Objective: The fatigue and influencing factors in high-tech Industry Method: This study adopts cross-sectional research design to the anonymous questionnaire was used to collect demographics, job characteristics, health characteristics and fatigue data. Results: The subjects were male, aged between 31-40 years old, and half of those with severe fatigue. No spouse, working time is more than 61 hours per week, with a disease or more related to severe fatigue. Conclusion: The factors affecting workers fatigue in high-tech industries are demographic characteristics, work characteristics and health characteristics. This result can provide to create interventions to improve health of employee in high-tech industry. |
