中文摘要 | 美國新媒體聯盟於2017年「地平線報告」最新之預測認為,一到二年內高等教育界所採納之科技應用主要類型將會是「適性化學習科技」與「行動學習科技」,由此可見行動學習其重要性不言可喻。本研究旨在探討國內大學校院學生使用行動學習平台進行知識分享行為之現況,研究其中社會資本與影響知識分享行為態度及知識分享行為意圖的關鍵因素與問題,並針對問題提出建議,期能提供大學校院學生使用行動學習平台之參考,增進其學習效益。本研究以科技接受模式為基礎,整合計畫行為與社會資本理論,成為本研究探討架構。透過問卷調查收集K與C科技大學669份學生樣本,並採用SPSS與AMOS統計軟體,建立資料檔案並進行各項統計分析。經對研究假設進行驗證,研究結果發現:(1)社會資本、知覺易用與知覺有用對知識分享態度均達顯著的影響效果;(2)主觀規範與知覺行為控制對知識分享行為意圖達顯著的影響效果;(3)知識分享態度對知識分享意圖亦達顯著的影響效果;(4)本研究模式配適度佳。研究結果提供大學校院學生使用行動學習平台知識分享實務上與未來學術研究之參考,期能有效提昇同學使用行動學習平台進行知識分享之實務效益。 |
英文摘要 | In the 2017 Horizon Report, the US New Media Alliance predicted that the main types of technology applications adopted by higher education sectors within two years will be adaptive learning technologies and mobile learning. The importance of mobile learning technology is self-evident. As a result, this study aims to investigate the knowledge sharing behavior on mobile learning platforms of technology university students in Taiwan, and explore the key factors and related issues affecting knowledge sharing attitude and behavioral intention. Based on the results, this study proposes suggestions for mobile learning platform users to enhance the learning effectiveness. In addition to the technology acceptance model (TAM)and the theory of planned behavior (TPB), the social capital is also considered in the present study. The questionnaire survey has been conducted and 669 samples from K technology university and C technology university students in Taiwan are collected. Data files are constructed, and the statistical analysis are performed by SPSS Statistics and AMOS. After validating the hypotheses, the results show that: A. Social capital, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness all have significant influence on knowledge sharing attitude. B. Both subjective norm and perceived behavior control have significant influence on behavioral intention to share knowledge. C. Attitude toward knowledge sharing has significant influence on behavioral intention to share knowledge. D. This research shows a good model fit. These results provide practical recommendations for researchers, college students and coherent education units, in order to improve the feasibility and practicability to share knowledge on mobile learning platforms. |
