| 中文摘要 | 本研究主旨以Ajzen(2002)的計畫行為理論為基礎,建構餐飲業之知識分享行為模式,主要探討變項包括:一、態度;二、主觀規範;三、知覺行為控制;四、行為意向;於知識分享方面則參考Nonaka and Takeuchi(1995)所提之四構面:一、內化;二、外化;三、共同化;四、結合為研究變項,進而透過林淑姬(1992)為切合國情所建構之組織公民行為構面變項,探討計畫行為理論、組織公民行為與知識分享行為之關係。研究對象為餐飲業現場服務人員,以組織規模為比例原則進行配額抽樣,共計273份樣本。藉由獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析以及結構方程式模型(LISREL),探討本研究所建構之知識分享行為模式。研究結果如下:一、餐飲業現場服務人員之不同背景特性,會影響部份知識分享行為模式變項。二、就餐飲業現場服務人員之態度、主觀規範與知覺行為控制,對於知識分享行為意向的影響而言,僅主觀規範與知識分享意向間之正向線性關係未達顯著水準,至於態度與以及知覺行為控制變項對知識分享意向皆有顯著正向的影響。三、成員的知識分享意向會顯著正向影響其進行知識分享行為,甚至會透過組織民行為間接影響成員從事知識分享的程度,具顯著之中介關係。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study based on theory of planned behavior from Ajzen (2002) and the concepts of organizational citizenship behavior from Lin (1992), the purpose of this study intended to explore the knowledge sharing behavior of food & beverage industry operation staffs The objectives of the study were to investigate the interrelationships among individual's attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and behavior intention. Furthermore to examine the relationships among knowledge sharing behavior with internalization, externalization, socialization and combination factors form Nonaka & Takeuchi (1997), behavior intention, and organizational citizenship behavior. There were 273 employees of food & beverage industry in Taiwan being investigated by quota sampling and survey data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, independent sampled t-test, one-way ANOVA, and linear structural relationships (LISREL). The findings of the study indicated that: 1. There were significant differences between levels of employees' background characteristic and some of variables in knowledge sharing behavior model. 2. Employees' attitude and perceived behavioral control were positively related to behavior intention, but there weren't significant relationship between subjective norm and behavior intention. 3. There were significant linear relationship among knowledge sharing behavior, behavior intention, and organization citizenship behavior. 4. There was a significant mediating effect of organization citizenship behavior. 5. In order to further the knowledge sharing behaviors, some concrete suggestions of food & beverage industry managers, recruitment, and selection were proposed at the end of this study. |
