中文摘要 | 世界陸路運輸系統已漸趨使用「軌道運輸型態」來解決陸運交通擁塞問題,它雖然具備了許多的 優點,惟因輪軌接觸所造成噪音振動問題,成為軌道運輸系統所急需處理的重要課題。 現代軌道運輸系統為城際運輸及各都會區解決總體交通運輸問題的主要運輸型式。軌道運輸成為 現代人生活的一部份,然而社會經濟及科技的進步,人們生活水準日益提高,對於週遭環境的要 求亦日益嚴格,以確保其生活品質,故對各種環境污染容忍能力則日益降低。 本文係針對國內無道碴道床軌道工程中振動防治部份進行研析,就國內傳統鐵路、高速鐵路、捷 運系統及輕軌各系統,以現有各系統軌道工程振動防治方式作一綜整分析,其中包含鋼軌扣件系 統、不同減振無道碴道床軌道系統等部分,希冀作為臺灣軌道相關單位進行後續環境污染防治及 生態保育研究及設計參考之用。 |
英文摘要 | Land transportation systems tends to use "track transportation" to solve congestion problems. Although it has many advantages, solving the noise and vibration problems caused by the contact between wheel and rail become the fi rst priority of the track transportation system. The modern track transportation system is the main was to solve the overall congestion problems for Inter-City and Metropolitan transport. Track transportation systems become part of people's life. However, with improved social economic level and technology, people's living quality is elevating, and the requirement of the environment is more stringent to ensure the living quality. Therefore, the tolerance to environmental pollution is decreasing. This article is to analyze the prevention of vibration of non-ballast track engineering, ranging from domestic traditional track, high speed rail, MRT system and light-rail system. To integrate analysis with current prevention of vibration of track engineering, which include rail fastening system, different vibration absorber non-ballast track engineering, etc. This analysis aim to serve as a reference for the prevention of environmental pollution and improved nature conservation for all track transport operations in Taiwan. |
