中文摘要 | 本實驗的目的是比較不同類型拔牙窩洞應用不翻瓣齒槽脊保存術的差異,實驗方法為非創傷性拔牙後用異種骨和膠原塞封住拔牙窩洞。拔牙窩洞按以下分類分為不同組:I類,完整的軟組織壁和骨壁;II類,骨壁破壞但軟組織壁完整;III類,軟組織退縮≤ 5毫米;IV類,軟組織退縮> 5毫米。本研究共61顆牙齒,I類10顆牙,II類24顆牙,III類27齒。至於拔牙的病因,III類的牙周病因明顯高於其他分類。在骨密度、植牙植入力矩、“拔牙-完成”、“拔牙-植牙手術”、“植牙受術-完成”等所需時間,三種分類均無顯著差異。結果顯示不同類型拔牙窩洞應用不翻瓣齒槽脊保存術的結果相似。在仔細的病人篩選下,利用異種骨和膠原塞的不翻瓣齒槽脊保存術是一個可預測結果的治療。 |
英文摘要 | This study compared many parameters regarding different types of extraction sites with flapless ridge preservation using xenografts and a collagen plug. A flapless ridge preservation procedure was used to seal the socket with xenograft and collagen plug after atraumatic extraction. The extraction sites were divided into different groups according to the following classifications that depended on the severity of the extraction wound: Class I, intact soft tissue wall and bone walls; Class II, intact soft tissue wall with bone-wall destruction; Class III, soft tissue recession of ≤5 mm; and Class IV, soft tissue recession of >5 mm. A total of 61 teeth were included in this study, with ten teeth in Class I, 24 teeth in Class II, and 27 teeth in Class III. As for the etiologies for extraction, the percentages were significantly different among the three classifications: a periodontal cause was higher in Class III than any other classification. No significant differences among the three classifications were found in bone density, implant insertion torque, duration of "extraction- completion", "extraction - Stage I", or "stage I - completion" for either jaw. Similar results are shown for different extraction sockets. It is a predictable and straightforward therapy for implant site development using flapless ridge preservation with xenograft and collagen plug after careful patient selection. |
