中文摘要 | 本研究以習慣領域理論內涵深入解析美塔學實習指導成長模式的應用情形,習慣領域理論內涵包括電網構想、八大行為通性和三大工具箱(七光、八擴與九深)等,採用文獻分析法,評析研究者於2017年所實施的美塔學實習指導成長模式之相關作法與內容,藉以提出習慣領域在教育模式評析上之可能性,也為邁向理想的教育境界來進行跨領域的思考。本研究的主要結論有三:一、美塔學實習指導成長模式的起心動念為習慣領域電網構想「做」、「學」、「用」之體現;二、美塔學實習指導成長模式的實施有切合習慣領域所述之行為的八大通性;三、美塔學實習指導成長模式的相關內容設計與流程安排,部分應用到三大工具箱的原理和原則。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to in-depth probe the Metalogy growth model of educational practice supervision from the theoretical perspectives of habitual domains (HD). Included three major concepts: circuit pattern, eight common behavior tendencies, and three toolboxes in HD. This study employs literature analysis from some practices in the Metalogy growth model of educational practice supervision and forwards to ideal educational development. There are three major findings in this research. Firstly, the point of the Metalogy growth model of educational practice supervision is application of circuit pattern in HD. Secondly, the point of the Metalogy growth model of educational practice supervision match the eight common behavior tendencies of HD. Thirdly, the Metalogy growth model of educational practice supervision could apply some ways to three toolboxes of HD. |
