中文摘要 | 學校治理與經營應是不斷改進的過程,是故學校改進已逐漸取代學校效能之探究,改進學校是由學校內部開始的,由此可見,重視改善及更新過程的學校改進議題值得我們深入探討。質言之,學校效能是學校教育所欲達成的最終目標,而為了促進學校效能的達成必須要有不斷的改進過程,此乃學校效能的達成無法一次到位,需要長期持續的改進過程,亦即學校教育的目標達成並不是一觸可及,而是要持續不斷地改善努力。爰此,學校改進已逐漸取代學校效能之探討,故本文分析學校效能與學校改進的差異,並闡述學校改進的策略與思惟,最後評析無靈魂的評鑑與學校改進的關係,以供學校領導者及教育行政之參考。 |
英文摘要 | School governance and management is a process of improvement. School improvement is much more important than school effectiveness during school governance. It is important to improve schools from within. Therefore, we should emphasize school improvement. Through school improvement, it is easier to reach school effectiveness. Besides, the author tries to examine the difference between school improvement and school effectiveness, and discuss soulless evaluation. In short, the article is to provide some suggestions for school leaders and education adminstration to improve school education. |
