中文摘要 | 偏鄉地區的學生在學習資源不足、學習機會不均的情況下,易產生能力相對較弱的情形。而近代網際網路的普及,使學生有更多機會體驗到不同的教學方式,鑑於上述因素教育部規劃數位學伴計畫,此計畫是運用網路線上教學,由大學伴輔導偏鄉的小學伴,陪伴他們學習與成長。本研究旨在探討大學伴的教學效能與教學滿意度之關係,本研究主要目的為探討不同背景變項的大學伴在教學效能之差異情形;探討不同背景變項的大學伴在教學滿意度之差異情形;大學伴在教學效能與教學滿意度上的相關情形。本研究採問卷調查法,調查參與數位學伴計畫的九所大專院校大學生,共計208份有效問卷;本研究結果顯示,不同地區、學院之大學伴在教學效能達顯著差異,不同任教科目之大學伴在教學滿意度達顯著差異,針對有達顯著差異的部分共找七位受訪者進行質化訪談,以期了解更詳細的差異原因。在「教學效能」與「教學滿意度」之間呈現正向關係;此外,大學伴充足的課程準備、良好的設備環境與教學策略的應用亦能有效的提升大學伴的「教學效能」與「教學滿意度」。因而本研究建議多鼓勵大學生參加數位學伴計畫,達成教學效能與教學滿意度共同提升之目標。 |
英文摘要 | Students in the remote districts are less studies resources and opportunities unequal, they are easy to be relatively weak. The popularity of modern internet, let students have more opportunities to experience a different teaching methods, in view of the above factors, ministry of education planning distance learning companion project, this program is the use of online teaching, by the university students with counseling primary school students, to accompany them to learn and grow. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between teaching efficacy and teaching satisfaction of the university students. The main purpose of this study is to explore the differences in teaching efficacy of universities students with different background variables. To explore the different background variables of university students have different teaching satisfaction, and the university students in teaching efficacy and teaching satisfaction on the situation. In this study, the questionnaire survey method was adopted, a total of 208 valid questionnaires were collected from nine universities students participating in the program. The results of this study show that universities in different regions and universities college are significantly different in teaching effectiveness, and universities with different subjects are accompanied by teaching satisfaction are significant differences, and made for qualitative interviews with seven respondents who had significant differences in order to learn more about the differences. In the teaching efficacy and teaching satisfaction relationship is positive; In addition, the university students with sufficient course preparation, good equipment environment and teaching strategies can also effectively improve the university students with the teaching efficacy and teaching satisfaction. Therefore, this study suggests that universities students should be encouraged to participate in the program of digital education to achieve the goal of improving teaching efficacy and teaching satisfaction. |
