中文摘要 | 龍柏(Juniperus chinensis L. var. kaizuka Hort.)為常見之庭園景觀植物,除了樹型挺拔的美觀價值之外,其葉子亦會釋出芳香的芬多精,為瞭解龍柏葉子釋出於空氣中芬多精之成分及其含量,以Tenax TA吸附管進行現地採樣(In situ sampling),並評估此方法的可行性。本研究先利用水蒸餾法萃取龍柏葉子精油,再利用固相微萃取(Solid-phase microextraction, SPME)技術及現地採樣分別吸附其釋放於空氣中的芬多精成分,然後以氣相層析質譜儀(Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, GC-MS)及熱脫附氣相火焰離子偵測器(Thermal desorption-gas chromatography-flame ionization detector, TD-GC-FID)分析其組成分。精油及SPME的分析結果顯示,龍柏葉子釋出於空氣中的芬多精主要成分為Limonene及Bornyl acetate;現地採樣的分析結果亦顯示,空氣中龍柏葉子芬多精成分為Limonene及Bornyl acetate,在距離林木1.5 m處的含量豐富,分別為103.6 ng/m^3及30.7 ng/m^3。本研究不僅瞭解龍柏釋出於空氣中芬多精主要成分含量,並建立以Tenax TA吸附管現地採樣芬多精成分的技術,供作後續芬多精採樣之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Owing to its attractive shape and the phytoncides emitted from its leaves, Juniperus chinensis L. var. kaizuka Hort. is commonly planted in gardens. This study measured components and amounts of phytoncides emitted in the air from its leaves. An in situ sampling method was used to determine whether they can be adsorbed by Tenax TA sorbent tubes. In this study, leaf essential oil was obtained by distillation. Then, phytoncides in the air were adsorbed using solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and in situ sampling methods. Essential oil and phytoncides were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and a thermal desorption-gas chromatography-flame ionization detector (TD-GC-FID). According to the result analyzed by GC-MS and TD-GC-FID, the major components of essential oil and phyoncides emitted from leaves are limonene and bornyl acetate. The amounts of limonene and bornyl acetate in the distance 1.5 m away from trees are 103.6 ng/m^3 and 30.7 ng/m^3, respectively. This study not only measured the components and amounts of phytoncides emitted in the air from leaves of J. chinensis var. kaizuka , but also established a method for adsorbing phytoncides using Tenax TA sorbent tubes, which could be a useful method for adsorbing phytoncides. |
