| 中文摘要 | 本研究的目的為利用固相微萃取法吸附臺灣冷杉(Abies kawakamii(Hayata)Ito)葉子的揮發性物質,以及水蒸餾法萃取精油,並以氣相層析-質譜進行化學成分分析,將有助於臺灣冷杉揮發性物質的探討與精油的開發應用。試驗結果顯示臺灣冷杉葉子的揮發性物質以類化合物為主,包括α-Pinene、Camphene、β-Pinene、Limonene、β-Phellandrene、Bornyl acetate、β-Caryophyllene與δ-Cadinene,其中,又以α-Pinene、Camphene、β-Phellandrene與Bornyl acetate為主要的揮發性物質。臺灣冷杉葉子經水蒸餾法萃取之精油收率為1.34%,葉子精油的組成為α-Pinene、β-Pinene、Camphene、Limonene、β-Phellandrene、Bornyl acetate與少量的倍半類化合物,含量較多的成分為α-Pinene、Camphene與Bornyl acetate。綜合上述結果顯示臺灣冷杉葉子的揮發性物質與精油成分,主要為單類化合物與單類含氧化合物。 |
| 英文摘要 | The purposes of the study were to extract the volatile compounds from A. kawakamii leaves by solid phase microextraction (SPME) sampling and essential oil by hydrodistillation, and to identify the constituents of volatile compounds and essential oil using gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis. Through this study, it was expected to get more information about the composition of the volatile compounds from A. kawakamii leaves and the exploitation of the leaf oil. We found that most constituents of volatile compounds from A. kawakamii leaves were terpenoids, including α-pinene, camphene, β-pinene, limonene, β-phellandrene, bornyl acetate, β-caryophyllene, and δ-cadinene. Among these compounds, α-pinene, camphene, β-phellandrene and bornyl acetate were the major volatile compounds. Yield of essential oil from A. kawakamii leaves was 1.34%. Main constituents identified from essential oil were α-pinene, β-pinene, camphene, limonene, β-phellandrene, bornyl acetate, and minor sesquiterpenoids; α-pinene, camphene and bornyl acetate were the major constituents. Accordingly, volatile compounds and essential oil of A. kawakamii leaf were composed of monoterpenes and oxygenated monoterpenes. |
