中文摘要 | 魚腥草(Houttuynia cordata Thunb.)為傳統中醫經常使用的中草藥,本研究旨在探討魚腥草植株不同部位抗氧化能力差異及產量性狀間相關性,以作為栽培及利用之參考。根據葉、莖及根莖等部位清除50% α, α-二苯基-β-三硝基苯肼(α, α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基之濃度(IC_(50)),以葉片較佳,顯示抗氧化物質主要分佈於葉片。經簡單相關係數分析顯示,決定莖葉產量主要因素為葉、莖及根莖之生長;整體而言,均衡的地上部及地下部生長為獲得最佳產量及品質的要件之一。 |
英文摘要 | Houttuynia cordata Thunb. is a medicinal herb generally used in traditional Chinese medicine therapy. This study aimed to investigate antioxidant activity in different parts of plant and correlation between the yield and character's as reference for cultivation and utilization. Among leaf, stem and rhizome scavenging 50% α, α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) ability (IC_(50)) of leaf was higher significantly than stem and rhizome. The highest antioxidants content was shown in leaf. Simple correlation analysis results suggested that the determining factors for yield were leaf, stem and rhizome growth. In conclusion, the balance between aboveground and underground growth is one of the essential elements to obtain the best yield and quality of Houttuynia cordata Thunb. |
