中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討飼糧添加納豆酵母粉,對高畜雜交黑豬(含75%杜洛克、25%梅山豬)生長期之生長、免疫性狀及血液生化值之影響。發酵飼料第一階段以對蛋白質分解能力較好的枯草桿菌Bacillus subtilis natto N21及具有角蛋白分解能力之篩選菌株Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Da16、Bacillus sp. Da15、Providencia rettgeri strain Da6及Bacillus sp. Da2將飼料進行分解後,於第二階段使用產酸能力較好的酵母菌(Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y10)進行發酵。試驗選用60頭平均體重27.71±1.18 kg 之杜洛克(D, ♀)×高畜黑豬(K, ♂)雜交肉豬,逢機分置於5處理組,即飼糧中添加3%魚粉組(不添加納豆酵母粉),與添加0(對照組)、1、2及3%發酵飼料組(不添加魚粉)。每處理3重複,每重複4頭,閹公豬及女豬各半,餵飼等粗蛋白質及等代謝能(CP 18.0%、ME 3,265 kcal/kg)飼糧,試驗為期9週,飼料及飲水任食。試驗結果顯示,結束體重及平均日增重以3%納豆酵母粉組及3%魚粉組顯著較對照組及1%納豆酵母粉組高(p<0.05);隻日飼料採食量以3%魚粉組顯著較對照組、1%及2%納豆酵母粉組高(p<0.05);飼料轉換率以2%納豆酵母粉組顯著較3%魚粉組佳(p<0.05)。免疫性狀表現方面,2%及3%納豆酵母粉組之免疫球球白A (Immunogloulin A,IgA)力價及氧爆作用(oxygen burst)顯著較對照組高(p<0.05);3%納豆酵母粉組之IgG顯著較對照組及1%納豆酵母粉組高(p<0.05)。干擾素-γ以2及3%納豆酵母粉組顯著較3%魚粉組、對照組及1%納豆酵母粉組高(p<0.05)。各項血液生化值於各組間均無顯著差異。綜上所述,在生長豬飼糧中添加2%納豆酵母粉即能與添加3%魚粉比較,其生長性能表現相當,但有較佳之免疫表現。 |
英文摘要 | This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of diets incorporating feed supplemented withnatto yeast mealon growth performance, immunity traits and blood biochemistry of growing Duroc x KHAPS (Kaohsiung Animal Propagation Station) black pigs. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Da16 (Da16), Bacillus sp. Da15 (Da15), Providencia rettgeri strain Da6 and Bacillus sp. Da2, a selected strain with higher proteolytic capacity was supplemented at the initial fermentation stage. The specific strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y10 with higher acidic capacity was added in the following fermentation stage. A total of sixty Duroc x KHAPS hybrid pigs with an average weight of 27.71±1.18 kg were selected and randomly assigned into 5 treatment groups with 3 replications. Each replicate contained two barrows and two gilts. Control diet was formulated with 3% fish meal, while treatment groups had the fish meal replaced by 0, 1, 2 or 3% natto yeast meal. The feeding period duration was 9-wks ad libitum .The results of the growth performance showed that the 3% fish meal and 3% natto yeast mealhad significantly higher performance than the 0% natto yeast meal group and 1% natto yeast meal in terms of body weight and average daily gain (p < 0.05). The 3% fish meal group had significantly higher performance than the 0% natto yeast meal group, 1% natto yeast mealand 2% natto yeast meal on average daily intake (p < 0.05). The 3% fish meal were significantly lower than the 2% natto yeast meal group on feed conversion ratio (p < 0.05). The 2 or 3% natto yeast meal groups could improve growth performance, and the improving effects were as same as the 3% fish meal group. The immunity competence results showed the 2% and 3% TSFF groups were significantly higher than the 0% natto yeast meal group on IgA level and oxidative burst capacity of granulocytes (p < 0.05). The 3% natto yeast mealwas significantly higher than the 0% and 1% natto yeast meal groupsin IgG level (p < 0.05). The 2% and 3% natto yeast meal groups were significantly higher than the 3% FM, 0% and 1% natto yeast meal group in gamma interferon (IFN-γ) (p < 0.05), but blood biochemistry showed no significant differences among diets. Summarizing these results indicates that 2% natto yeast meal could replace 3% fish meal to improve growth performance and italso provided better immunocompetence than the 3% fish meal treatment. |
