中文摘要 | 目的:探討繪本教學法對於學齡前幼兒口腔保健之學習成效。方法:以30分鐘之繪本教學法為介入方案並以問卷做為測量評估工具,編製過程以項目分析刪除不良題目、庫李信度分析進行內部一致性信度分析,專家內容分析進行效度分析。本研究參加者為台北市某私立幼兒園之幼兒共計78名。研究假說為經過口腔保健繪本教學後,研究所編製的問卷可評估不同年齡層幼兒在於口腔保健行為、口腔保健態度及口腔保健知識,且學習成效皆有顯著差異。本研究所得結果以麥內班檢定來分析教學成效。結果:研究發現經過繪本教學法介入後,中班年齡層參加者在口腔保健行為構面上之學習成效,具有顯著上的差異;而所有年齡層參加者在口腔保健態度及知識構面上之學習成效,皆具有顯著上的差異。結論:繪本教學法可有效提升學齡前幼兒在口腔保健行為、口腔保健態度及口腔保健知識之學習成效。本研究所編製之問卷,亦具有信度與效度,可供未來研究者參考使用。 |
英文摘要 | Objective: The purpose of this research is to explore the effectiveness of picture book-based teaching method on oral health care for preschool children. Method: Research methods used picture books for the teaching intervention program. The questionnaire was a measurement tool which preparation process removes the invalid questions by project analysis, the Kuder-Richardson reliability analysis and expert content analysis for validity analysis. Participants in this study were a total of 78 preschool children at a private kindergarten in Taipei. The study hypothesis is that after picture book-based teaching method, the questionnaire can assess the oral health behavior, attitude and knowledge of children of different ages, and the learning outcomes are significantly different. The results of the study were analyzed by the McNemar's Test. Result: The study found that after the intervention of the picture book-based teaching method, there were significant differences in the learning outcomes of oral health behavior among the middle age preschool children. Preschool children of all ages are having a significant difference in oral health attitude and knowledge of learning outcomes. Conclusion: The picture book-based teaching method can effectively improve the learning effect of preschool children in oral health behavior, attitude and knowledge. The questionnaire developed by this study also has reliability and validity for future reference. |
