| 中文摘要 | 數位教材內容和數位課程經營是數位學習課程的兩大組成要素,本研究主要探討餐飲管理系學生持續修讀通過教育部數位教材和數位課程認證之線上課程的影響因素,研究對象為修讀餐飲資訊管理課程的學生,研究流程先採用深度訪談找出修課學生認知重要的數位課程認證指標,再以這些認證指標作為知覺有用性構面問項,採用學者Bhattacherjee(2001)提出的接受後資訊系統持續使用模式(ISCM)為研究架構,進行所有完成修課學生的問卷調查,探討學生對於數位學習課程的知覺有用性、確認、滿意度和持續使用意圖的多元迴歸關係。問卷資料採用SmartPLS軟體進行PLS-SEM分析,研究結果顯示學生修讀數位學習課程的確認對於知覺有用性有顯著的正向影響,而學生的修讀課程確認和知覺有用性對於數位學習課程的滿意度也有顯著的正向影響,再者,學生的課程滿意度和知覺有用性對於持續修讀數位學習課程的意圖有顯著的正向影響。因此,本研究證實採用通過認證的數位教材內容和數位課程經營模式能夠有效影響餐飲管理系學生持續修讀數位學習課程的意圖。 |
| 英文摘要 | Two important components of an eLearning course are e-material content and e-course operation. This research focuses on studying the influencing factors of continuance intention of food and beverage management students to study the MOE certified e-material and e-course online course. The research targets are students that studied Food and Beverage Information Management course. Firstly, the perceived important e-course certification indexes were found by interviewing the studying students. Then, the questions of perceived usefulness construct used these important indexes as content. The Information System Continuance Model (ISCM) which was proposed by Bhattacherjee(2001) was used as the research frame. The questionnaires were distributed to all students who had completed the certified eLearning course. Multi-regression method were used to discover the relation between perceived usefulness, confirm, satisfaction and continuance intention of these students for the certified eLearning course. PLS-SEM was used to analyze the received questionnaires' data by SmartPLS software. The analysis results show that students' confirmation of the certified eLearning course has significant positive impact on the perceived usefulness of students. In addition, students' confirmation and perceived usefulness of the certified eLearning course also have significant positive impact on the course satisfaction. Moreover, perceived usefulness and course satisfaction of students have significant positive impacts on the continuance using intention of students for the certified eLearning course. Therefore, this empirical study verified that using the eLearning course with certified e-material content and e-course operation method can effectively affect eLearning continuance intention of Food and Beverage Management students. |
