中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在於了解技專院校學生使用學校數位學習系統的動機、感受、態度和行為,以探究科技接受模式是否可解釋學生在數位學習平台的使用行為,並探討性別對學生使用情形的影響。研究樣本為中部某科技大學二、三年級的學生648位,研究者以問卷調查法收集量性與質性的資料。資料分析部份,以學生式檢定和單因子變異數分析法檢驗背景變項在使用態度、知覺有用性和知覺易用性幾個變項上的差異,並輔以描述性資料的分析佐證;另外,研究者使用結構方程式(SEM)分析科技接受模式中的知覺有用性和知覺易用性對使用行為的預測力。研究結果發現(一)大多數學生都具備使用數位學習所需的電腦設備和網路資源(二)使用數位系統的動機主要是為了繳交作業(三)女同學對數位學習系統的學習態度、知覺有用性和知覺易用性都較男同學正陎(四)科技接受模式可以解釋學生對數位學習系統的使用行為。研究結果建議數位教材的安排需考慮學生的性別,並需充實數位教材內容和改善介陎的方便性,以提高學生使用的意願和效果。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the convenience and purpose for university students using e-learning system. The study also examines gender influences on willingness to use and overall evaluation and the usage of e-learning system by university students based on the Davis’s Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).Participants are 648 students of the second and the third year in a university. Questionnaires are used for quantitative and qualitative data collection. Student’s t test and ANOVA are used to analyze that how demographic variables affect using attitude, “perceived usefulness” and “perceived ease of use”. Description data are also analyzed. Structural Equation Modeling is applied for using behavior based on TAM. Results show: (1) Most students own personal computer and can access to the internet (2) Major purpose for using e-learning is handing in assignments (3) Female students have higher level of willingness to use and overall evaluation than male students. (4) “Perceived usefulness” and “perceived ease of use” of TAM are significant predictors of students’ using behavior in e-learning system. The results suggest that gender and colleges differences should be considered in e-learning teaching material arrangements. Teachers have to enrich digital teaching materials and system managers should improve the ease of the interface for enhancing willing of use and effectiveness. |
