中文摘要 | n-3系列的多元不飽和脂肪酸( poly unsaturated fatty acids, PUFA)和硒(selenium, Se)為禽畜和人類必需營養,此等營養可經由蛋雞飼料供應以蓄積至雞蛋並作為人類營養來源,本研究在探討飼料添加 PUFA以及硒對蛋雞產蛋性能、蛋品質及蛋營養組成的動態變化。試驗選用 96 隻 60 週齡的海蘭褐殼蛋雞,分成 4 欄飼於上置巢箱且鋪有粗糠之水泥地面平飼欄,飼料中添加 3.5% 魚油和源自亞硒酸鈉 0.6 mg Se/kg 供雞隻任食 28 天,魚油內含二十碳五烯酸( eicosapentaenoic acid, EPA)8.54% 和二十二碳六烯酸( docosahexaenoic acid, DHA)20.06%。試驗期間每週測量產蛋性能,連續測量 4 週,並於第 0、 2、4、6、8、10 及 28 天,每欄逢機選取 2 顆測定蛋品質與蛋營養組成。結果顯示,飼料改變具有降低第 1 週飼料採食量之趨勢( P = 0.08),但自第 2 週起即不影響產蛋率、蛋重、隻日產蛋量( egg mass)或飼料換蛋率等之產蛋性能,且不影響蛋殼強度、蛋白高度、蛋黃高度或霍氏單位之蛋品質。蛋黃之 EPA + DHA與全蛋硒濃度於餵飼處理飼料第 4 天起即可增加,而分別於第 8 天和第 28 天為營養蓄積之高峰(P< 0.01),蛋黃 EPA + DHA與全蛋硒濃度於最高峰值約為 550 mg/100 g 和 61 µg/100 g,而分別較試驗前之營養濃度提高 8 和 2 倍。總結說明,飼料添加魚油與亞硒酸鈉,在不影響生產性能與蛋品質情況下,可於短時間內在蛋中蓄積 n-3 多元不飽和脂肪酸和硒,而可供應消費者對此營養的特殊需求。 |
英文摘要 | The n-3 poly unsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) as well as selenium (Se) are essential nutrition in poultry and human. Thus supplementation of fish oil (high PUFA content) and sodium selenite to layer diet is believed to be able to enrich such nutrients in eggs. The study was conducted to explore the deposition kinetics of performance, egg quality, and egg nutrients content in laying hens after dietary supplementation. A total of 96 laying hens of 60-week-old were randomly allocated into 4 pens each with 4 m2 and they were ad libitum floor fed in set nests on a diet supplemented with 3.5% fish oil (20.06% docosahexaenoic acid, DHA) and 0.60 mg/kg Se from sodium selenite for 28 days. Production performance was measured weekly, and 2 eggs per pen were randomly collected every 2 days during 0-10 and on final day of the study for egg quality and egg nutrient analyzing. Results showed that the ADFI on week 1 tended to decrease as compared to the other period (P = 0.08). However, dietary treatment did not affect the production performance (P > 0.05). Dietary treatment affected little on egg quality ( P > 0.05), included shell strength, albumen height, yolk height, or the Haugh unit. The yolk EPA + DHA and egg Se contents were increased on day 4 and to a plateau on day 8 and 28 (P < 0.01), respectively. Moreover, the yolk EPA + DHA and egg Se contents were 550 mg/100 gand 61 µg/100 g, an increase of 8 and 2 fold than the initial period, respectively. It is concluded that adding fish oil and Se from sodium selenite could enhance the nutrient contents in the egg, and did not compromise with the production performance or egg quality of laying hens. |
