中文摘要 | 工作對個人而言係為求維持有意義生活不可或缺的手段,透過工作能獲得成就感更能實現自我,惟若工作負荷過重或壓力過鉅,連帶地將影響個人生活或身心健康。一般所謂的過勞,多係指因長期處於高度壓力下所反映出的身心耗弱狀態,其往往成為高度工業化國家極度關切之職業健康問題。鑑於我國報導「過勞死」的新聞日多,因而如何紓緩工作者之工作壓力或過度負荷?自然也成為勞動政策上須多予關注之重點。為落實職業安全衛生之目的,本文擬彙整與其相關的危險因子,據以對照我國行政與司法實務之認定判斷,並提出若干建議供各界參酌。 |
英文摘要 | Long working hours of workers have become a reality. It may cause fatigue and even burnout. In recent years, the news of burnout or karoshi (death caused by overwork) have often been reported in mass media, they affect not only workers, also included their families, therefore, how should we reduce their job stress and work overload? It's an important issue on labor policy right now. This paper analyzes relevant risk factors and compares with the evaluation standard in Taiwan, then provides some advices for authorities to achieve the goal of the management of occupational safety and health. |
