中文摘要 | 2014年11月隨著《高級中等以下教育階段非學校型態實驗教育實施 條例》與《學校型態實驗教育實施條例》以及《公立國民小學及國民中學 委託私人辦理條例》等『實驗三法』的頒布,宣告著臺灣的教育改革之路 向前邁進一大步,真正落實了教育鬆綁與教育選擇權。教育改革的目的在 於提供良好的教育品質,為國家培育人才,提高國家競爭力。因此,本研 究的研究問題為:實驗教育是什麼?它和我國現行的學校教育制度有何不 同?實驗教育相關法規的頒布,對我國教育又具有什麼代表性的意義?據 此,本文的研究目的旨在討論我國實驗教育的政策發展過程,藉由『實驗 三法』的立法過程,聚焦到臺灣的學校型態實驗教育,討論『實驗三法』 為我國教育改革所帶來的改變。 |
英文摘要 | With the declaration of Educational Experimental Three Bills: 《Enforcement Act for Non-school-Based Experimental Education across Education Levels below Senior High School》、《Enforcement Act for School-Based Experimental Education》,and 《Act Governing the Commissioning of the Operation of Public Elementary and Junior Secondary Schools to the Private Sector》,in December, 2014, it means the educational reformation in Taiwan has made a great progress,which looses the educational tie and realizes the right of educational choice. Educational reformation aims to provide better educational quality, cultivate people’s brain power and raise national competitive ability. Furthermore,what is the school experimental education? What does it differ from the present educational system? What is the significance of the declaration of the school experimental educational policy? In a word,the purpose of this paper aims to discuss the development of the school experimental educational policy in Taiwan. It explores the process of the law making,focus on the school experimental educational and discuss the change it has brought on Taiean’s education. |
